Application for compressed gas and liquid gas cylinders and gas tanks

Unless written permission has been given, the stocking, storage and use of gases in pressurised gas cylinders, liquid gas bottles, cryogenic tanks etc. is prohibited in exhibition halls, other buildings and outdoor space. Gases and gas containers must be handled as specified in the Technical Regulations for Operating Safety (TRBS), DGUV Regulation 100-500 (regulation of the German Social Accident Insurance Association – on the use of working resources), the Technical Regulations for Hazardous Substances (TRGS), DGUV Regulation 79 (on the use of liquid gas) and other relevant regulations and legal requirements. All gas containers must be protected against heat, impact, toppling and unauthorised access. The amount of gas that is stored in the rented outdoor space / at the exhibition stand must not exceed daily requirements. Empty gas cylinders must not be stored at the exhibition stand. They must be removed from the hall daily and no later than the end of the event.
This application must be shown to Messe Düsseldorf GmbH at the exhibition stand together with the permit whenever requested.
